These terms and conditions are an agreement between you ("Customer, Client ") and IT Solutions Site By signing up with us and filling out your billing or payment information you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Support Plan
Our support plan entitles you ("Customer, Client") to 24/7
online technical support from an IT Solutions Site technician 24/7
meaning no set time frame, however we do reserve the right to
stop supporting you if we believe the issue at hand is
irresolvable. This entitlement covers you the account holder for
one computer only, we will support all Microsoft software
products including operating systems. We will provide you
diagnostics and support for your hardware including peripherals
and mobile devices. We will provide you with services such as :Spyware
protection and monthly health checks. IT Solutions Site will attempt problem diagnosis and a
solution over the telephone, through chat, email or other means
as it deems most appropriate under the circumstances including
remote access. We will solve problems and prevent them happening
again. This support plan does not cover you for hardware
replacement or onsite support.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel your order
(and provide you with a full refund) for any reason whatsoever
at our discretion.
Subscription Based Plans
Subscription Based Plans are tenured Subscription plans offered
by IT Solutions Site that are active for a specified period and will
not include any incident based plans such as "Per Incident Plan"
or the like.
Services
All references to "Services" refer to any IT Solutions Site
service plan that you enter into with IT Solutions Site through use of the IT
Solutions Site web site located at
www.it-solutions-site.co.uk (the
"IT Solutions Site Ltd web site") or by calling the IT Solutions
Site phone
number mentioned on the web site. These Terms and Conditions
govern all plans available through the IT Solutions Site web site. In
the event of any conflict these Terms and Conditions control any
Plan Order form that you submit requesting Services ("Plan
Order").
Submission Of Support Plans
You may order Services by submitting Plan Orders through the IT
Solutions Site website or by calling IT Solutions Site. Once IT Solutions
Site accepts the Plan Order submitted by you, then you will receive
an email from IT Solutions Site at the email address that you provide
or have provided to IT Solutions Site as part of the Registration
Process for the Services. IT Solutions Site is not responsible for
rendering Services in connection with any Plan Order that it has
not accepted. Upon acceptance by IT Solutions Site of a Plan Order,
you will have a Service Plan.

Our buy one get one FREE offer is only
available when you purchase our plan at 99.00 GBP and is
valid for one year only after one year you will charged unless
otherwise agreed with IT Solutions site. This offer is not in
conjunction with any other offer which may be available via our
website.
Undertaking
Subject to the Terms and Conditions, and other terms specific to
each Service Plan, IT Solutions Site will address your query using
commercially reasonable efforts in providing appropriate
solutions under the Services. In most cases, IT Solutions Site will
attempt problem diagnosis and a solution over the telephone,
through chat, email or other means as it deems most appropriate
under the circumstances including remote access. You understand
that if remote access is used on your computer there will be
residual software from the remote session; however, there may be
a text file placed on your computer that will explain the work
that was done on your computer. If such a text file is placed on
your computer, you have the option to either save the file for
future reference or to delete it from your computer. Our support
lines are open from 9am - 10.30pm UK time zone.
Payment
Services against any Plan Order will be available once you have
made payment for Services according to the requirements of the
corresponding Plan Order. IT Solutions Site has no obligation to
render Services under any Service Plan if the payments as
required under any Plan Order have not been made. Services
against any plan order will cover you for one computer only.
Hourly Support
Services against our hourly support will be available once you
have made payment we offer a no fix no fee policy if IT
Solutions Site are unable to resolve your issue a full refund will be
given.
Renewal Policy
Your credit card will be charged with the amount of the then
prevailing subscription charges as per the payment option that
you selected at the time of registering with IT Solutions Site.
If you would like to opt out of the 'Auto Renewal' you can
cancel your subscription at any time via your
Stripe control
panel. If you made a one time payment to IT Solutions Site you will
be sent an email usually four weeks before the renewal date.
User Responsibility
In connection with obtaining Services, you agree that you will
cooperate with the IT Solutions Site Technician: We will use
commercially reasonable efforts to provide the support to you.
Our experience shows that most issues can be corrected as a
result of close cooperation between you and the technician.
Please listen carefully to the technician and follow the
technician's instructions. You are also responsible for
ownership and maintenance of your systems software licensing agreement.
Software/Data Backup: You
understand and agree that IT Solutions Site shall under no
circumstance be responsible for any lost or corrupted software
or data. IT Solutions Site strongly recommends that you at all times
maintain a complete data backup and disaster recovery plan.
Cancellation Policy
For subscription based plans you can cancel at anytime via your
Stripe control panel. If you made a one time payment and you
wish to cancel we ask for 30 days written notice which can be
sent to us via email or to our postal address which can be found
on the IT Solutions Site website a refund of the balance will then be
sent to you. (Not in conjunction with any offer)
Complaints Procedure
If you are not happy with our service and wish to make a
complaint this must be done in writing and our address can be
found on our website.
These terms and conditions were last changed and are
effective as of: Jan 12, 2023.
