Any equipment or software purchased from IT Solutions Site Ltd are subject to our 14 days returns policy.
If you wish to cancel an order or you are not completely satisfied with your products you must contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase making us aware of the issue.

Once the items have been cancelled or returned we will look to issue a full refund or credit note depending on the circumstances.
